Absolutely horrible place, no communication and they try to gaslight into additional pay and different procedure you and lie to your face about prices. Doctor rude and unprofessional and ladies at the front desk also rude. Wouldn't recommend

Dr. Thomas Phan is an exceptional surgeon and answered all my questions promptly and took swift care of my wisdom teeth. I commuted all the way from Tracy to see him after great reviews from countless people. I did both the consultation and treatment the same day due to my commute and to account for the time off from work. Thus, I opted to remove all four of my wisdom teeth under anesthesia at the same time. He even personally called me after my surgery to check up on me, but unfortunately I was not able to pick up because I was sleeping. Highly recommend!

I am writting this as I am waiting for my follow-up. I was nervous about seeing a oral surgeon because being only 43 I did not want to have a extraction but my molar with a crown had a big cavity and having narrow roots may me think. Being a diabetic/slow healing/possible retreatment/or extraction. Something that I for sure would not be able to do especially with my daughter going to college in a year. I made the decision to have the molar extracted and it was the best thing. The doctor was very honest and informative. I was actually surprised that he was not like most doctors that when you talk to them that they make you feel like they were pushing for something you did not want nor about money. Which was a plus for me when it comes to honesty! Came in for a follow-up since it feels like I may have a dry-socket and there is a blister by extraction. They cleaned the extraction site and looked at it. I don't have a dry-dry socket and a cranker sore(normal). I felt so much relief and comfortable! If i have to do another extraction I would differently come here and would high recommend this office! Plus with paying out of pocket the consultation/x-ray, extraction wa

Thank you Dr. Phan for your outstanding skill and positive outcome of my complex embedded wisdom teeth extraction. I healed without a problem with their exact instructions on do's and don't in recovery.

Aside from the fact that it was really expensive for me to get my bottom two wisdom teeth taken out. The Dr was so attentive and very informative, the desk assistants were so helpful, and the Dr's assistant was super super helpful. Everyone made me feel calm and in safe hands since I was a bit anxious, quick process all I remember is the Dr telling me he put the anesthetic and I said oh yeah im feeling it then I woke up in my couch! Love loved it here!
